Prof. Yael Parag is the Vice Dean of the IDC’s School of Sustainability. She holds a BSc degree in biology, and MA and PhD degrees in social sciences.

Between 2005 and 2011 she was a researcher in the Environmental Change Institute (ECI), at the University of Oxford, UK and later a senior researcher at the Energy Group.

Her research focuses on future electricity markets, including prosumer markets, peer-to-peer trading, community energy and microgrids, demand flexibility, consumer integration into the smart energy grid, smart energy technologies, energy security, public acceptance of energy generation technologies, personal carbon trading and more. 

Prof. Parag is the Israeli representative at the EU Positive Energy District COST action. She is the recipient of various international and national competitive research grants. She is ​an editorial board member of the journals Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews and Energy Research and Social Science. Her work in published in leading academic energy journals and various international conferences.

Sharon Joined Earthbound in 2011 and has been managing Clients and programs for The Wal-Mart Agro initiative focusing on new varieties of fruits and vegetables, new technologies, sustainable solutions etc.

In 2013 when Earthbound has established the Open innovation port for Unilever, Sharon took the role of heading the port’s operations and managing the entire program across Unilever’s product categories including, scouting and identifying new opportunities and managing the relationship between Universities and SMEs and Unilever, hosting Unilever visits and supporting Unilever’s Open innovation programs.

Prior to Earthbound, Sharon served as VP business development at Marqera, an IP transaction company and prior to that has been a partner in GTT – Global Technology Transfer managing – a service company in the space of technology transfer – commercializing  projects for clients such as universities, small companies and private inventors.

During her Tenure with GTT, Sharon served as a licensing officer with Yissum, the Technology Transfer Office of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Sharon Holds and BSc and PhD in Chemistry from the Tel Aviv University as well as an MBA from Recanati school of businessin Tel Aviv University.

Tal Rotman is the VP Global Partnerships and Business Development at Namogoo.  Spanning a 20 year technology career across 3 continents and a multitude of roles, Tal has most recently built a Global Partners and Alliances Ecosystem from scratch. Today Namogoo's Partnership team spans the globe, working together with Global System Integrators, Agencies, Consultancies, and other Solutions & Technology partners, to help hundreds of eCommerce retailers generate millions of dollars per year by ensuring Digital Continuity for online brands.

Yaacov is the Co-Founder and CEO at Jifiti. He holds an LLB in Law from the Hebrew University and is an active contributor to leading payments and fintech publications. Prior to Jifiti, Yaacov founded one of Israel’s leading import and distribution companies for consumer goods.

Flytrex is building the Fedex of autonomous aerial delivery and is one of a few drone companies being approved by the FAA to deliver packages to residential houses in the US, together with Amazon and Google.

Flytrex has signed deals with Walmart, UPS and others as their "drone delivery as a service" provider, focusing initially on consumer goods and food.

Prior to that, Yariv founded SpaceIL, a $100M mission that made history by sending Beresheet - the 1st private unmanned spacecraft to the moon.
